Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final service total. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice without losing your deposit. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to fill the opening in our schedule. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 3. The "No-Show" Policy • If our mobile unit arrives at the scheduled location and we are unable to gain access to the vehicle or contact the owner within 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a "No-Show." • No-shows are subject to a fee of $75 to cover travel costs and lost labor time. 4. Weather & Safety • Since we are a mobile service, the "Strength in the Light" requires safe working conditions. In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, or lightning), RoburPhos reserves the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available opening at no additional cost to you. Your safety and the integrity of your vehicle's finish are our priorities. 5. Excessive Condition Notice • All "Starting At" prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Upon arrival, if a vehicle is found to have excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, or extreme debris, an additional labor fee will be discussed and applied before work begins.
